Meet the Team

Nick Wright
Founding Director

Nick is a founding Director of RatesRecovery, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Rating Surveyors Association.  He has specialised in business rates advice since 1992 and spent the first 10 years of his career working for DTZ, CBRE and Nelson Bakewell.  In 2002 he jointly set up RatesRecovery with the intention of it becoming the leading specialist consultancy dealing exclusively with business rates.  The business has grown substantially over the last decade and is built upon innovation, professionalism and exceptional customer service.  Nick has appeared in the media on many occasions as a business rates commentator and has had to accept that his time in front of the camera will now only ever be as a chartered surveyor and not an international rock star.  He is in no way bitter.
